Actually I'm already 35, and I'm in pretty good health. Just had a check up too. Doctor says I have the body build for longevity. I also have a very fast metabolism, and weight problems do not run in my family. The only problem I have is stress. So, unless I have a nervous breakdown, or suffer some unfortunate accident or tragedy, I'll probably be fine.

Nice work Natalie. I have a Nutrition workshop at my gym, although my Ph.D. is more along the lines of biochemistry and molecular biology. Its so much easier to digest this information when someone so healthy and beautiful is presenting it. :)

Sugar is important in our diet when taken at the right time. People who deny themselves of good sugar stop the body from releasing insulin. Insulin is needed to carry nutrients in the body. Its also the number 1 muscle building hormone in the body. As a matter of fact, simple table sugar after lifting will decrease muscle soreness drastically. I'm not saying to abuse sugar and eat it all day. Avoid highFrucCornsyr because its a processed sugar that your body can't digest easily.

there is no evidence that refined sugar or sweeteners are necessary for health..whilst there is a wealth of information that connects refined sugar to diabetes, hypoglycemia, chronic fatigue syndrome (which i suffer from and have only got better by cutting sugar out - fucking hard!), depression etc...
