Jayray, it's just as easy to breathe regular air when you've been acclimatized to high altitudes. And with the flap open the air he's breathing is normal. 15,000 feet does not make it harder to think if you've been sleeping at it for a month, like Blaine. Especially if he's not exerting himself physically. As someone who has spent time above 15,000 feet I can assure you he's either hamming it up, groggy from waking up, or stupid.
