We have two of these - never had an issue with either order. You're just a freaking baby Chris. Get a grip - how can you bash a company and then defend their product in the same breath? I agree, how can you call something a scam or a rip off if no one is having their money taken away? I mean it can be a bit annoying, but its nothing to cry over like this. If they took his money and hassled him about giving it back, then there is a reason to complain.
