On the other hand I think he was very lucky to get the nod.
I'm a big fan of Calzaghe and some of the bile I hear about him on the internet really annoys me BUT Hopkins controlled the pace, landed with the harder blows, frequently beat Calzaghe to the punch and was clearly the stronger man.
I did think Joe was starting to get to him in the latter rounds but not enough to earn that verdict.
