| I am looking for something that lets you see ips connected to any website etc, youtube, google and everything else, then i want the software to allow me to connect to that ip address to see there cam or to even see the desktop with or without there permission with no password or username, bur it wont be illegal because you are just viewing like you would with a website. |

| Erm, that's fully illegal dude... the bit that makes it illegeal is the 'with or without their permission'. And the viewing their webcam and/or desktop... There's a reason there's no programmes available to do that... If you wanna see people's webcams go get in touch on MSN or whatever... |

| Yeah, it's good info, I suppose.. for newbies. CNet is not really on the cutting edge of GPL software, and their selections show it. But anything we can do to get people started along the GPL path is a good path. So for that, I say Kudos, poster! |

| I have PhotoShop (PS), I'm a student so you get a discount of around over a 1/3 of the original price. Getting it for free is illegal, however it is worth the cost if you think how much work has been put into it lol. Gimp is pretty similar to PS, some people alter the menus and commands to be on close par of PS so that they can follow the Tuts. I'm trying to get CS3 (latest version for PS). Gimp crashes a lot though with some cases, so be careful to save your work. |

| OpenOffice is great, as are lots of open source titles. Thanks to all the open source authors. They allow us not so rich people to enjoy our PC too :) |
