the song is about God, jesus and its about believing and seeking the truth. not letting your heart become hard or your eyes covered. thats basically it. its not complex but it helps it helps if God opens your heart to understand, which im sure hell do if you ask for it..

Every song Live produced, suggested to me they were agnostic. I love this song, but it is the first one to send mixed messages.
I think it is quite clear that they are against organized religion, but is he saying he believes in some sort of Spinozas God (God is the natural world and has no personality). I am not trying to start a religious debate, as it is quite clear that religion plays no part in this song (other than r
