| thats only a small part of his training session you clown. and that is very tiring work, when you do bag work it really takes it out of you and so does jumping over the bar!! try it and see if its easy. |

| he s an awesome fighter , hits and trains hard as hell, however i think that the high bar is impractical. he should do bench jumps (about 2feet off ground, ricky's bar is about 42 ins i think), as many as possible in a minute, then med pace, then fast again.3 minute drill. lung and heart killer, builds better leg speed. i introduced my mate to them who is a pro rugby team trainer, he has everyone doing them now. |
