an extremly cheap way to reduse puffy eye bags is to: before you go to sleep at might but 2 spoons in the fridge-not the freezer! then when you wake up, lay them on your eyes! that's because cold tempachurs reduce puffines. that's why you are supost to put ice on cuts. to reduce swelling! try it out! it works for me!!!

Good one. I do everything he says! I'm going to get some of that caffeine-based eye cream to increase circulation around the eyes. Hoping that will help puffiness.
