Yes, 'livelife', and Danny often had problems in Hollywood because of that nose- for instance, Louis B. Mayer at MGM told him around 1947 to fix his "beak", or he'd never become a leading man the studio; Danny later adapted that incident into an episode of "MAKE ROOM FOR DADDY" in 1955. He said he'd NEVER change the way his nose looked!
