The last British Muslim boxer to make his U.S. debut at New York’s Madison Square Garden was flamboyant Prince Naseem Hamed, who in 1997 was knocked down in the first round by Kevin Kelley before stopping the American in the fourth round to retain his WBO featherweight title.
